The intelligent packaging system designed for liquid barrel packaging ranging from 50 to 1000kg features a stainless steel environmental protection frame for the filling host machine, a visible window, and an automatic sliding door. During filling, the entire line automatically completes the processes of barrel entry, door opening and closing, automatic identification of the barrel opening, automatic alignment of the opening, automatic lid opening, automatic filling, and automatic lid screwing upon completion of filling. This machine is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and operated via a touch screen, offering convenient operation, high production efficiency, and a wide range of applications. The electrical control part of this machine consists of a PLC, a frequency converter, and other components, providing strong control capabilities and a high degree of automation. Special devices such as no-barrel-no-filling and misalignment-no-filling functions prevent material waste and contamination, showcasing the excellent mechatronic integration of the machine.
Machine features:
Filling head: It is designed with a material receiving tray. After filling is completed, the material receiving tray extends out to prevent the filling head from dripping liquid and contaminating the packaging materials and conveyor line.
Opening and screwing cap section: no damage to the cap, no scratching of the cap, high degree of tightness and sealing.
Leak detection section: Conduct leak detection on the barrel opening after the lid is tightened to determine whether the lid is securely fastened. Alarm if it fails to meet the standard
